Event Aggregation as a Service

If there was a service that allowed you to post/stream events in and aggregate it based on pre-defined windows would you find it useful?

For example: you could stream in click events and have it be aggregated by minute/hour/day.

Been thinking about this for a few days but not really sure if there’s enough of a market here or if the product would be useful enough. Let me know what you all think!
