Ever got banned on Reddit?

Getting banned on Reddit is a hyped but significant issue. I'm one of them and i know how frustrating it is to not be able to engage on such a rich platform coz you missed following some rules. I'm just curious to know about your "banning stories" XD. Vote and let me know in the comments!

Reddit be like: good for you🧐😂

I think a year back it happened to me and then I stopped using it. Finally, I started using it again since Reddit dont need us but we need it to get the initial boost. To play safe, I do less promotion and engage in conversations.

Well, that's the way with Reddit. Tell me more about how it's going for you now?

seems to be doing well... got 266 Karma :-)

Close to getting banned but never did because I like to be very careful about how I get my voice heard. I have a way of getting certain people upset with my opinions on how corrupt and awfully inhumane everyone is turning due to the lack of knowledge of what they're being fed from the "big guys".

      Couldn't agree more!!

I got banned so many times.

    Rinse and repeat.

Grow those karma points. We good.

    REDDITORS HATE HIM!

Not banned on Reddit, but my posts got removed 😅

Yeah, that's definitely coz of subreddit rules.

I had just created an account for my product to reserve my username and without even a single post, comment, or just anything, I received an email saying that my account is permanently closed!

Perhaps, I got trapped by their moderator bots, as I was using Vpn. Anyway, I didn't care much :)

Yeah, that's coz of the history of your IP, maybe.

Platform-wide? No. On specific subs? Yes. Ironically 4 months later I became a mood on that exact sub.

    1. 1

Woah! Sounds cool, what is your Reddit username?

      1. 1

Yeah, sorry, no, I'm not doxxing my identity on reddit, especially given that the sub in question in the top 100 most active.

Just getting rejected now and then now, I'm not interested. Just kidding lol. I have to learn. so I'm pausing my leanings in reddit and going to resume it after 2 weeks.

If i continue my searches, I guess I'll completely loose interest to use reddit again.

I was just trying to reach you on twitter and I can't message you.

Hey, why do you think you'll loose interest? Ping me here: aayshu@promotee.co

Well, that's a poor way to run a subreddit😅. This might have happened because of your history of posting on other subreddits. How many times were you shadow banned on reddit before?

Hmm. Reddit policies are independent of subreddits. Even if you save yourself from subreddit policies, reddit will catch you with their own. It's tough but once you know it, it's rich.
