I've recently developed a small tool (https://firemason.io) that enables websites to detect visitors behind VPNs, proxies, TOR network or running some form of custom masking via VPS services.
I'd like to find some people with existing products (online stores, game servers and similar) to help me test the API. Completely free of charge and the request limits can be set to fit your needs.

I hope your technology allows for good actors behind these! Without them, entrepreneurs can only be minimally productive in the PRC. :-(
That's a very good point! We return location data along with the other details about the address, so in theory you could perform checks of your own and decide if you'd like to let the client through or not.
I think this is definitely an interesting problem we could explore further, though.
