Every AI chat starts with the same ritual: explaining your project again.

After months of building, that's the problem we're trying to solve with Xeyria.

Most development teams don't actually lose code—they lose context.

Architecture decisions disappear in Slack.
Important discussions stay buried in Discord.
Meeting notes never get connected to the actual project.
Every new AI conversation starts from zero.

We're building Xeyria to give AI persistent project understanding instead of temporary chat history.

It's now in private beta.

I'm not looking for compliments.

I'd love to know:

  • At what point would you stop using a product like this?

  • What's missing before you'd trust it with a real project?

  • Does the value proposition make sense from the landing page?

I'd be happy to return the favor and review your product as well.

AI-assisted public-page feedback, based on your current homepage and pricing page; no extension or signed-in testing: 1. The headline makes the pain clear. The first-screen preview shows captured files and Git state, but a concrete example of a remembered decision would make the benefit easier to judge. For example: yesterday a team chose an approach; today the answer recalls why and references the changed files. That would help explain the difference from a chatbot with memory. 2. The Pro card describes unlimited queries, while its feature list says 10,000 context queries. Clarifying the limit and reset period would remove a trust snag before signup. If you are still offering reciprocal feedback, I run SlopOff, an 18+ comedy image-remix web app. Could you open this SFW official host example and tell me the first point where TOP THIS becomes unclear? https://slopoff.app/s/slp_0k5d543y3i434z4j4q?utm_source=indiehackers_xeyria&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=season0_usability Joining and uploading your own images are free; publishing needs an account and rights declarations. Optional AI tools have separate limits/pricing. A reply here is welcome, even if you stop before signup.

Google Login would improve user experience when joining the private beta.

I'm not a technical guy but someone told us this: "Why use this when you have Claude skills? Claude also have memories."

But maybe you can target non-technical customers for this so they don't have to reexplain. But Gemini Gems can remember instructions across chats.

This is our website with a free evaluation tool if you want to test out Xeyria

It can help you define your product too.

For context, One Brain that runs your startup. Firmgrove is the co-founder you never had: it tells you what to do next to get your startup off the ground, from marketing to legal to your first clients.

Thanks, this is really valuable feedback.

      Can I ask one question?

When you compared Xeyria with Claude Memory and Gemini Gems, what made them feel like the same product to you?

I'd love to understand where our messaging created that impression.

The part that the website said "Stop Re-explaining your project AI" and I immediately thought that I don't have to reexplain anything to my Gemini Gem.

Thanks for explaining—that actually helps a lot.

I think you've pointed out something important. Our intention wasn't to say "AI forgets everything," but I can see how the phrase "Stop re-explaining your project to AI" immediately led you to compare us with Gemini Gems.

We're still in private beta, and one of the biggest things we're trying to improve is how we explain what Xeyria actually is. So feedback like this is genuinely valuable to us.

Can I ask you one more question?

If our website had focused less on "stop re-explaining" and more on preserving your project's understanding as it evolves over time, would that have felt meaningfully different to you? Or would you still have assumed it's essentially the same as Gemini Gems?

I'm asking because we're trying to understand whether the confusion comes from our messaging or from the product concept itself. Your perspective would really help us improve.

Preserving your project's understanding as it evolves over time. I think this wording it's better because it makes me think that other AI chatbot looks context over time.

Have you tried putting your business idea to our free evaluation tool? It can help you define your product but of course you have to approve it.

The knowledge is based on the best available knowledge on how to build a startup (fundraising, go-to-market, product, hiring, legal basics, and the rest), extracted from public and licensed sources.

Thanks, I really appreciate you taking the time to explain your thinking.

This has honestly been one of the most useful conversations we've had during our private beta because it helped us realize how our messaging shapes people's first impression.

We'll keep iterating on it. Thanks again, and I wish you the best with Firmgrove as well.
