Seven tools. $592 a month. Rank tracker, crawler, ad spy tool, AI visibility checker, scheduler, keyword tool, backlink checker. Every one of them handed me a dashboard and a to do list and I still spent my weekends doing the actual work.
So I built found. Four decisions in it that I have not seen anywhere else, and the reasoning behind each one.
1. It ships the fix, not the finding.
Titles over 60 characters come back rewritten. A missing canonical comes back written. A content gap comes back as the article title, the search it serves, the outline and what to cite. You get a diff, never a lecture. That was the whole point: a finding is homework, a fix is work done.
2. AI visibility measured properly, not vibes.
Most checkers ask a model a question once and show you the answer. found freezes a bank of 30 buyer questions per domain and reuses it forever, so month over month is a real comparison instead of two different questions. It also splits grounded from ungrounded engines, because an ungrounded model structurally cannot name a brand younger than its cutoff. Reporting that as 0% would be a lie about your product instead of a fact about the model.
3. The outreach lane refuses to email your competitors.
This one cost me the most. Version one of my own lane pitched three of my direct rivals and Forbes, because "site that writes about your category" catches everything. Now every domain is judged before it enters: rivals rerouted, big media flagged as press not pitched, listing sites sent to the submissions lane. Only a verified editor inbox or a real contact form survives. Never a guessed address because a bounce costs your name.
4. The ask adapts to your size.
A site your size gets offered a mention for a mention. A site fifty times bigger gets the humble ask for inclusion in the article AI already cites. "I will link you back" from a new domain is worth nothing to a big site and reads naive. As your traffic grows the lane upgrades more targets to trades on its own.
Two rules I hold it to and you can check both from outside. Every number traces to a real source, a live page we fetched or search data we paid for. And nothing is marked done unless we verified it, so when you tick a fix found opens your page and reads it back.
$30 a month, one bill instead of seven. Free scan before you pay anything, no card.
The free directory list is up too, 112 rows checked by hand: foundtofind.com/ai-directories
Ask me anything about the build. The competitor pitching bug is my favourite story.
