Everyone asks "Where to find SaaS ideas," but nobody talks about how to validate them.

Hey IH,

I see posts every day asking how to find the next big micro-SaaS idea. But honestly, finding an idea is the easy part.

The part that actually kills startups is jumping into VS Code before validating if anyone will actually pay for it. I used to validate ideas by opening 50 tabs and building massive competitor spreadsheets in Excel. It drained my soul.

Finding ideas is fun, but validation is a grind. What is your actual, step-by-step stack for validating a market before you write the first line of code?
