Everyone’s chasing lead volume.

“100 new contacts a day.”
“Scrape LinkedIn.”
“Plug into Clay, let it run.”

But here’s the truth no one wants to admit:
→ Most teams are just burning bandwidth
→ Running volume to hide a weak message
→ Mistaking activity for traction

Ask yourself:
If your cold DM landed in your own inbox…
Would you say yes?

Because high-performing outbound doesn’t come from scale.
It comes from precision + persuasion.

→ You found the right buyer
→ Hit the right moment
→ Said something that made them pause

That’s not automation.
That’s strategy.

When a founder tells me “we need more leads,”
I don’t hand them a bigger list.
I hand them a mirror.
Let’s fix the reason people should care —
Then scale it.

If you’re ready to move from volume-based burnout to a high-conversion outbound engine, let's talk.

    🔥 This hits hard, @mitchellsuen
Too many teams are obsessed with doing more instead of doing better.

I’ve seen it firsthand — teams spinning up sequences, adding tools, pushing volume… and wondering why nothing’s converting.
The real unlock is when messaging actually resonates. When it feels like a human wrote it — not a bot trying to check boxes.

“Hand them a mirror” is the line that stuck with me.
More people need to hear this. 👏

Thanks for the kind words! I’m glad the “mirror” line resonated with you. Real connections always come back to the basics: relevance, timing, and a message that lands with a human touch. Appreciate the comment!
