I've always been a 49'ers fan. So when I heard that Bill Walsh wrote a book about his leadership lessons as the head coach, I had to pick it up.

It turns out the book has a lot of lessons for entrepreneurs as well. His main lesson was the importance of focusing on process improvements over scoreboard results. He said that by focusing more on perfect execution, "the score will take care of itself."

I wrote an article below summarizing the key takeaways from the book, and what IndieHackers can learn from the 49'ers dynasty back in the 80's.
