Everything is built. Nobody knows it exists.

kambolab teaches people who don't code to solve real problems with Claude Code. Not prompt tricks. You learn to understand what you're building, so you end up with a real site or a real automation instead of AI slop you're afraid to touch.

Where things stand today:

Done: two courses fully produced (a free starter, and a paid one where you build a complete brand site, €79 founding price). Purchase path tested end to end. The whole product is built with Claude Code itself: platform, landing page, video pipeline.

Shipped yesterday: the free course no longer needs an account. You land on it from the homepage and start reading. Signup only exists to save your progress. Fewer walls between a curious person and their first win.

Not done: audience, reviews, revenue. All zero.

The plan for the next 8 weeks is deliberately boring: 30 minutes a day being useful in communities where non-coders ask "could I build this myself?", five review copies given away for honest feedback before I charge properly, then two videos. Target: 10 sales by early October. I expect the first weeks to produce nothing, and I'll post the numbers here either way.

If you don't code and you're curious whether this stuff is really usable, the starter course is free and now signup-free: kambolab.com. Tell me where it loses you. That feedback is worth more than the sale right now.

You’ve drawn a pretty clean line between “product is built” and “now I need distribution.”

What would make you reconsider that diagnosis — and start wondering whether the bottleneck is the offer itself rather than simply not enough people knowing it exists?

Fair push. Honest answer: at zero traffic I can't tell the two apart, both failures look identical. That's why distribution goes first. Not because I'm sure the offer is right, but because a bit of traffic is the only thing that makes it testable.

The real test is the five review copies. If I can't get five suitable people to take the paid course for free and finish it, the offer was the problem and no distribution would have saved it.

Ask me again in four weeks and I should have data instead of a framework.

That's a useful way to frame the test. The five completed review copies should give you much better evidence than trying to reason about the bottleneck at zero traffic.

I'd be interested in hearing what you learn from that. What's the best email to reach you on?

Happy to share what comes out of it either way, including if the answer is "the offer was wrong." Best place to reach me is hello@kambolab.com.

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
