Examples of great landing page explanations?

Hi everyone,

I am currently building an online tool for housing price bidding strategy. In my country (Netherlands), housing prices are through the roof, with dozens of prospective buyers lining up to buy properties. Usually, there are dozens of bidders, and many houses are sold for tens of thousands of euros over the asking price.

I am trying to model the definitive transaction price of the houses, using CNNs and historical data. Depending on the available data, I can get a reasonable window for this. My hope is that prospective buyers would be interested in such a price analysis (for a small fee) before committing to this huge financial decision. (I.e.: is it worth it to bid 10k more, or does the chance of getting the house not really increase?)

I would need to explain the process on my landing page though. I was thinking of some sort of infographic. Does anyone here have great examples of such landing pages explaining fairly technical stuff in detail to the layperson?
