Examples of Saas or tools that get revenue only from ad's?

If you look at companies that are monetizing through ads - they have a LOT of users. Think of Facebook - trying to get support to help you is a nightmare as there are just too many users.

This comes with the territory, as ad revenue is dependent on huge amounts of traffic.

Now, with SaaS, users (businesses) expect fast response times and good support. This is often why you will see that even SaaS products with a "free" tier will offer limited support for free users, and "Priority" support for paying users.

If by any chance you are planning a B2B product supported by ads.... rather don't. My 2cents.
