If customers quickly leave the site without making a purchase. What's the best thing to do about it?

The options that you suggested work but are not as effective. It's best to use a pop-up when customers go beyond the area of your site. Then the pop-up window should be displayed. The main thing is calling the customer to action, but they should also benefit from clicking on your pop-up and taking some action.
