I’m Juan David — eCommerce founder, coach, and former Amazon brand operator. I built and sold an Amazon-native beverage brand (Waykana) from the heart of Ecuador to the U.S. market.

Now, I run Expansora, a cross-border eCommerce agency helping international brands (mostly from LatAm) scale into the U.S. through Amazon and other DTC channels.

I’ve got:
✅ Branding, fundraising, sales, storytelling, strategic vision, and business development
✅ Deep Amazon expertise and LATAM founder networks
✅ A growing list of clients and recurring revenue

But I need you to help us scale.

I’m looking for someone with:

An ISTJ or ESTJ personality — you’re structured, detail-obsessed, and love ops
Experience managing eCommerce accounts, teams, or fulfillment systems.
Interested in solving big problems in E-commerce with tech.

You’ve either:

Run your own DTC/Amazon store

Led Ops at a scaling eCom brand or agency

Built systems to scale teams, campaigns, or clients

Fluent in tools like Shopify, Helium10, Zapier, Google Sheets, project management software

Comfortable building backend systems to increase efficiency

Expansora is already up and running, and a family member is helping me directly. We’ve got U.S. incorporation, service packages, proof of concept, and early revenue.

But to scale this right, I need a co-pilot who wants skin in the game, not just another project.
