I use waveapps.com . it's free. Easy to use. You can email receipts making expense entry simple.

I use Expensify. It syncs right into QuickBooks Online.
The app is great. Take a picture of the receipt or forward an email receipt, and it then scans it, OCR, select category, and at it to your expense report. I validate it, and send it in and it auto imports everything right into QuickBooks so I don’t have to do it.
I use xero.
I work on Instics (instics.com), which is a spreadsheet that makes it easy to track expenses.
I use gnu cash. The interface is a bit outdated but it’s free and gets the job done.
Not directly to track expenses, but I use Bobby on the iphone to track subscriptions and it's quite useful.
For expenses, I just use a google sheet with some formulas and graphs that I built hover the years for my case.
