Experience with Play store - Android development
Google updated their Android Developer Policy to restrict the use of SMS and Call Log permissions.
Apps that require these permissions must submit a Permission Declaration Form and be approved. Unfortunately they rejected our request!
We desperately need help!! Does anyone can help to get that call Los permission?!
We will reward the one that get it for us.

I had this problem and resubmitted the form for almost a hundred times.
In fact you need to submit a video showing how your app uses this permission, and fill the form you may find at the menu: Store Presence > App Content > Permissions declaration form
If they reprove the app again, you need to submit the form they send the link through email.
