Experienced founder looking for CTO to develop a Human Resources MVP - several ALPHA customers waiting to use

Hi - I am an NYC entrepreneur looking to meet a talented full stack programer that can help develop an award winning idea from the MIT Grand Health Hack. I haven't been able to network in NYC because of COVID so I figured I would try this!

I have a BMC for a SAAS HR program that deals with user burnout and employee retention. I have three medium sized companies interested in the idea with a few hundred users ready to test. With a decent MVP we can roll this out and I can bring it to some angels in my network.

A bit about me: I have been involved in 3 startups (1 with a successful exit) and have been an advisor to several NYC startups in the past. I have an MBA in marketing from a top 30 Business school, 13 years of project/program management, and have taught Entrepreneurship/Innovation classes at Rutgers University (undergrad). I am experienced with business development, marketing, etc. so someone with tech chops might make this a nice venture :)
