Experienced SEO look for a skill swap
I'm looking to retrain as a developer, and need help with getting up and running with databases, building out my api and running chron/server tasks. I'm somewhere between a script kiddy and a dev, having audited code and building seo features for many years but still unclear on key parts.
In return I'm happy to build out your seo strategy and make recommendations to get you up and running. I've helped build two agencies, have worked in huge brands and start ups and have ranked for several terms which generate more than a million in revenue. I'm not really bothered by the size or complexity of your site, so please dont hesitate.

I'm also a SEO, with XP in coding.
An advice : developing is a huge area, and better to know a few languages than many languages.
If you want to continue in SEO, and be also good with growthhacking, learn python/scraping (php),javascript,....
Honestly, even if I'm know coding, sometimes, to launch a project, it'll cost me less to outsource (upwork, even fiverr), and focus on marketing, than developing the tool itself

I'm happy learning languages, I've spent years building apps and tools with Python and JS, as well as xpath, regex and batch files.
I'm primarily seeking help with how to build out certain back end things, as shared above.
Lastly, I want to change career to becoming a developer so whilst some tasks dont add as much value my seo career taught me there's a lot of value in doing the basics first hand when starting out.

Simple curiosity, may I ask you why you don't work to work on seo anymore ?
You are fed up of google (because basicaly, seo is a game against google) ? dev salaries ? want a new challenge ? ...
Hey Tom, your idea is quite interesting to me.
I'm a full-stack engineer for the last 15 years, experienced with a lot of different skills/technologies, and done many different things during those years. From scalable scraping systems - to custom analytics solutions handling billions of datapoints - to custom apps/extensions/tools.
In fact, I'm now doing quite the opposite. I've worked in a few Growth teams, saw SEO people in action, even made everyday tools for them, and have the basics. But I still struggle to push it forward as a solo-owner.
