I am the founder and tech lead of a small dev consultancy based out of Toronto Canada that specializes in building digital and saas products. I have extensive experience in development and software engineering and currently lead a small team of remote developers that shipped multiple web and mobile apps.
I am looking to join a founder/founding team and be their fractional CTO. It doesn’t matter at what stage the business is ( ideation, prototyping, MVPing …). However, I'd love to see signs that the product has potential and growth opportunities.
I am willing to be in charge of everything related to technology so that the rest of the team can focus on business, sales and marketing. I am also willing to take the risk with the founders and use all the available resources that I have (developers, designers, servers) to ship the product in time.
If you think you can build/ are building a great product, reach out and lets get talking.
TheRealDevMan - I'm a 12+ year SaaS Sales, Marketing, and GTM expert. I've worked for tech companies from start up to enterprise in my career and done just about everything you can do from a Sales and Marketing perspective. I'm actually looking to branch out on my own from my corporate job (at Salesforce) and I'm in need of a Tech Co-Founder for a Sport Themed SaaS startup I've been working on the past couple of years. I started this journey with another Dev shop I hired to build out a portion of the MVP. We currently have a working IOS and Android App in the marketplace. Initially this was to be B2C focused and I ultimately decided to shift to a B2B approach and needed the web app to tie to the mobile app for revenue generation. I worked with my dev shop to try and build the web app and ultimately I ran out of money on the project and they were never really able to deliver a true MVP despite a ton of traction we had started to get on the GTM launch. I realized that I'm in desperate need of a true technical cofounder (and not a vendor) to really get this project off the ground and get a viable MVP in the marketplace. The web application (and revenue model) to tie the 2 platforms together is the next big step. Instead of me throwing good money after bad with the wrong person (my current vendor), I figured I'd turn my sites on trying to find a true partner in this project. Let me know if you have any interest in connecting to learn more. Thank you - Chris
Also an Ontarian but living in BC. Emailed you from info@verity.legal
Yes, yes, yes and yes.
I am currently building Paudium. A podcast-first podcast player (i.e. the podcast player is designed from the ground up for the podcasting ecosystem vs being inherited from the music world). The idea is that we embed various functionality into the player to leverage the content and community power of podcasts [for ex: an e-commerce store, community management, users creating notes, etc].
Here is a "future press" release that I wrote to my team to explain the product: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zbn8nJIZgSl2JiALhIK0xCWifLGAzqBPkuynKBa4mPg/edit?usp=sharing
