The worst part is that the experiment began almost overnight, with minimal preparation or support.

It’s funny now, reflecting, the north star metrics for this experiment were probably productivity & communication.

And, for some companies, the great pandemic work-from-home experiment was probably a remarkable success.

They have become aware that their teams are equally or more efficient working from home – thanks to this grand experiment.
