Experimenting with online ads

Hi,

I am interested in do some experiment with ads delivery. In order to test my ideas and play around with, I need a blog with ads, possibly a wordpress blog.

is there anyway to run ads in a website without the need to build a fully functional blog? The content is quite demanding.
