I’ve worked with operators who juggle owner expectations and guest experience, and the setup felt smoothest when I leaned on https://trilogyhotels.com.au/ for extra support. It covered things like revenue strategy and day-to-day operations without losing the property’s own vibe. For me, it felt like having an experienced back‑of‑house team that just kept everything running steadier

This is a cool idea! Hope you find a business savvy partner

Software Engineer from Germany here too, servus!

I love this idea. I travel a ton as part of my job and the hotel experience is just always so random. Every hotel is different, some have apps, some have paper, some have nothing.
It feels unorganized, unstructured and it's just ... a mess.

Unfortunately, I'm not a sales/marketing person but I'd love to see such a product succeed!

If you interested in more technical partners at some point, let me know.

Sounds quite interesting. Are you building this solution for the German market or are you looking at a global market? I cannot do much in Germany as I do not live there but if there is a global target, I have a team that could help secure the first couple users at least.

      Thanks for your feedback.
      I target global market.
Regarding the users, do you mean guests ? Beacuse curentlty my target customers are hotels.

I meant guests. They are relatively easier to onboard.

    What problem are you solving?

    1. 1

The solution is solving problems for both sides hotel(staff) & guests.
      Hotel:
-Guests reports or orders are received via a phone call or in the reception desk.
-Hotel staff don't understand what the real problem in the room.
-Reduce manual tasks and paper-based systems.
-Guests are not satisfied with a service and they give their bad feedback after leaving the hotel.

      Guests:
-In case of a problem in the room (water leak, air conditioner..) sometimes they don't know how to describe the issue (could be language blocker), it's more easy to take a photo and make a small description.
-It's more easy to track their orders/reports within the app and do not call every time to ask about the status.
-In case of events they don't know the exact location.

In general those are some problems that I face as a guest. Additionally hotels seek to elevate their guests' experience:
-Guests can easily explore and utilize various hotel amenities and services, leading to increased satisfaction.
-Personalized Recommendations can create a more enjoyable experience for guests.
-Differentiate the hotel from its competitors.

      Looking to hear your feedback.
