In the dynamic business environment, finding the right way to connect with potential clients is key. I've discovered that WhatsApp outreach hits the sweet spot. Cold calls are effective but quite time-consuming. So, I delved into an experiment that's changing the game.
When I was building Manager Flota I decided to give WhatsApp outreach a shot, and the results were incredible. It helped me secure my first customers and left me hungry for more.
So, I set out on a journey to find a solution. I stumbled upon a nifty tool that simulates the WhatsApp web client, allowing you to automate essential operations from your code - just like you'd do manually in your browser.
I even put together a simple demo. You scan the QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app to link your device (your code), and it sends bulk messages. I added a 5-second delay to play nice and avoid overwhelming WhatsApp servers.
A piece of advice: play carefully. Don't send too many messages in a short period, and don't use brand-new accounts for this. Give the account some manual love before and after you start automating.
If you're curious and want to dive deeper, I've written a blog article about this experiment. It's all about making this accessible, and you can find the code (public on GitHub) there too. Check it out: https://whyboobo.com/tools/tool-whatsapp-js/
