Very useful tool, I use it since december. Another impressive project (if you are into OSINT) is SpiderFoot https://github.com/smicallef/spiderfoot , absolute powerhouse of various modules for research on internet.

    this is really cool!
honestly, it would be risky to build business on this tho. Sooner or later Twitter MAY do something about.

I am not happy with twitter for their restrictions and conditions, but I still think its not right thing to go scrap a website for data. It sounds like you are stealing, because you are doing something which they don't want you to do.

This is an interesting discussion. Of course, if you feel is not right, you should not do it. However, if you think it is right, what if you would violate a law by doing it?

This seems fantastic, I will give it a try. There is a lot of knowledge in Twitter unnecessarily fenced off by their idiotic and greedy practices.

I just discovered this. IDK what the legal status is, but it seems really popular and EXTREMELY powerful.

It's something that's going to be difficult to use unless you're a programmer. You would need to learn the basics of git and python.

You dont need Github if you have python (and pip) installed on your machine you can install it with " pip3 install twint"
