I had an idea for a job board and whipped up this site. What do you think?

Neat idea! I've only heard of a few companies that do a 30 hour week, the one the sticks out to me is Treehouse (teamtreehouse.com).

I always imagined that the jobs would be few and far between, so I would be interested in a job board focused on that niche.

Signing up now. I was toying with the idea of building something like this yesterday - I'd rather just use yours though ;) I was inspired by the podcast "Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat". Specifically, the ROWE episode - Results-Only Word Environment. I love the idea of less than 40 hours for full-time work. In a knowledge based, creative field (UX designer), I often feel I'm just filling in hours at times vs maximizing my time and the quality of the time I put into a product.

The big thing with job boards is to focus on an industry or local area to hit critical mass of job posters & people searching for jobs. Which strikes me as hard to get, but maybe some of the marketing gurus on here would have ideas.

Chrome gives me an ugly warning about phishing and says your https is invalid. It definitely seems like a cool concept, the only thing I'd maybe to is niche it down, as in, 30hourstechjobs, or the like.

Looks like the issue with your site is not https but you are using a tracking URL/js /analytics.lucent.is/tracker.js which is not liked by chrome. what is this analytics service ? It is marked as phishing by google.

You should probably use an open SSL: https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ Chrome isn't trusting you.

Regardless, I like the concept. Am interested in what opportunities there are for this time constraint of work. Do you have any job samples? Descriptions? That would instill a bit more trust in giving you my email, ya kno?
