Pretty cool! As the other comment mentioned, you might want to add just a quick sentence that explains how the game works at the top.

Gameplay wise, you might want to make it so that I don't have to validate input with enter (i.e. right answer is accepted as soon as I type it), might improve the pace (even if you make mistakes more often if you mistype).

Like the game :) small point - when I first landed on the page I didn't really know what was going on as I hadn't read your description. Maybe add a little more detail to "Input correct answers to level up" e.g. mention it's a maths game.

For additional features, how about adding a timer which it needs to be completed in, for example 50% of the numbers need to be completed in 2 minutes. Could also add a leaderboard.
