Ask IH: How do you all do email marketing?

We use:

1. Mailchimp for marketing emails : Drip email course and newsletters
2. Intercom: for product on-boarding emails and customer product updates (both emails and messages)
3. Hubspot CRM: for emails from sales people

While I'm at it, further down the email stack... in the product we use both Sparkpost and Sendgrid for transactional email.

At Ministry of Testing we've historically used Mailchimp, as we've integrated Intercom into our platform we are now exploring ways of moving 95% over to Intercom for all our messaging. We feel this will allow us to be much more targeted in our messages and many different team members can just whip up a message.

I use activecampaign. load in contacts, set up automations and hit send. Interested in if anyone else does similar
