Azartiz Blog update

I've updated the Azartiz Blog and Publisher apps. Here's an overview:

You can upload images to use in your blog posts.

Readers can share your posts directly to Facebook (using Facebook's API).

Added a "Comments" feature to let readers comment on your posts.

Added a "Preferences" feature so you can:
Turn on/off "User Comments" for your blog posts.
Change the "Title" and "Subtitle" of your blog.

Added a "Sharing" feature so you can:
Change the photo used when sharing to Facebook.

Updated the TinyMCE editor app to the latest version and made some small refinements to the UI and added a few features to it.

Updated Bootstrap to the latest version and load it from the official CDN.

Added Font Awesome icons and load them from official CDN.

You can now host your blog on the Azartiz server and/or host it on your web server just by uploading a single html page.

The Azartiz blog app is open source (GNU Affero General Public License). You can download the code and make any modifications you want.
