Is there a Toptal for digital marketers (content, PPC, emails, funnel optimization)?
For those who don't know what Toptal is, is there a 1% type freelance site specifically to hire digital marketers?

Yea, we vet pretty intensively.
We've had around 1,000 marketers apply. 87 have been onboarded as of yet.

My question: What would prevent Toptal adding digital marketing experts to their offering?
Not a lot to be honest, but it's a MASSIVE market and execution is everything so while they may go straight to the enterprise I could find more success below that but still offering a large value prop.
