Faces & Names: a visual CRM

Just wanted to throw an idea in the group. I have noticed that my big weakness in terms of follow-up of leads & to-dos is that after a while I forgot that behind my big list of things I need to do are real human beings.

I can consistently hit my goals if I keep in mind that each to-do will help someone. "Get in touch with Andre because he needs samples" vs. "Send samples to Company XYZ".

I'm a nerd. I sometimes need reminding that I'm doing this for other humans.

In short, I would love to see a CRM-like tool with a visual focus on faces (portraits) & names. If I SEE people I'm more likely to follow up.

Anyone has seen / built something like this before?
