Fake it till you make it?
Wondering if you guys had the same problem I encountered lately.
I take the "fake it till I make it" approach and sometimes it means copying copy-write, concepts and even styles from different websites and landing pages.
Although I spent more than 10 years in academy, never took the ethic course...
Pablo Picasso is quoted as saying: “Good artists copy, great artists steal.”
Just don’t go overboard with this and you should be fine.
There's no right or wrong here but how. Our planet is huge and a lot of great ideas being born every second, what matters the most is how we execute.
Just like many virtual event communities, it wasn't a thing before, people fake it, deliver it, now it has become a thing. @ganoro

If you are copying something from a website you should be doing critically, that is you should be looking at what you like about what you want to copy and what value it gives to that site and what value it could give to your site. In this way, you can be 'copying' from numerous sites as once and end up with something unique.
"The Whole is Greater than the Sum of its Parts"
This is the line between taking inspiration from someone's work and flat out copy-pasting. If you want to improve your design and copywriting skills and give your website the best chance, take inspiration.
It's a fine line between stealing and copying, I tend to not copy but take things as an example.
