Fastest way to get to ramen profitability as a skilled dev?

Hey all! I've wanted to start my own business for so long, but I just don't know what to do or where to start. I'm a skilled developer and can make apps, websites, etc. I don't care about getting rich, but I do need some extra cash and would like to start a side hustle that could begin generating a little cash and hopefully get to ramen profitability by itself in a 1-3 months.

Anyone have any suggestions for where to start?
