Favorite All-in-one tools / Services? What are yours?

When I was starting Rawpido (company I'm bootstrapping) up, I got the stage where I needed to start evaluating tools that I was going to start using for running the business .

I felt overwhelmed with the amount of choices & options that existed. Anyone else?

Lots of them seemed great like intercom, until I saw their prices ($87/month 😱). Without paying full price for these common products, you only get a barebones set of features.

These are the all-in-one tools I'm currently using & love:

Notability $4/month per user (just me)

cool thing is that pages within notion can be shared like websites so you can create things like a product roadmap or FAQ like this (in the future I'll bake it into my core website though..for getting off the ground initially this is good:

Google ($12/month per user..currently just me)

typical set of office tools, but I use it for storing large files/assets.
since I use google services regularly, managing my cell phone plan, domains, YouTube channel, video tutorials etc.
