Favorite Intercom apps?
It's funny – as a website visitor, I despise chat widgets that pop up. They always remind me of someone in a store asking if I need help the moment I walk through the doors.
But as a developer, I've come to appreciate them – especially when they convert 😈
What are some of the Intercom apps that you use that you've seen the most engagement with? I like the Calendly one, although we haven't seen our visitors book an appointment yet.
Simple but Stripe and Hubspot were nice add-ons for us. They gave chat support folks the ability to quickly search for Stripe transactions & answer simple billing questions, without actually giving them access to everything w/ a Stripe log in (and the Hubspot integration basically meant we didn't have to use any external CRM besides Intercom + Hubspot, and our data got sync'd correctly).
