Beware of questions as headlines,. You can use them, but you invite the reader to just answer "No." and move on.

This is exactly what would I do if I saw your site. Maybe I am not your public, but maybe your public does not know they are your public. I mean, who pays for market research? Big companies? Do they really think they are overpaying? Is not your public companies that do not currently pay and use market research because they think it is too expensive?

Regards the design, I guess is old dated. It probably increase your bounce rate. The feedback I can give regards the design:

1. Typography needs serious work. Font weight is too much for header. I prefer to use another font-family for H tags. Probably better to add a letter-spacing to button text if you don't want to change the font-family.
2. It's too condensed. Add more vertical spacing to your sections.
3. Don't like the header background image and icons. Use an image or a colorful illustration with subtle colors. Linear icons or colorful icons are preferred to these ones.
4. The page needs more content. Use illustrations and images to describe your features. Provide more text for "Get free responses" card to make the text 3 line height as others.

As someone who has used these services before (for market research) here's an important question that you fail to answer: How do you source your respondents?
Also, CTA is weak without a "demo" or "example" shown.
