I recently launched a mobile auth app (Toqen) in closed testing.
And here is the honest part:
I am getting likes.
But almost no real feedback.
And that is the only thing that actually worries me.
Authentication is about trust.
But today, trust is not binary — it is evaluated.
That is why I am building around risk management:
making access decisions explicit, controlled, and understandable.
But none of that matters if there is no signal from real users.
Problems → growth points.
Positive feedback → direction.
Silence → no signal.
If you are building in security, auth, or anything close —
how do you deal with early-stage silence?
Would really value your thoughts.
