Feature enhancement recommendations for this new tool?

Great product! I would definitely create something to match the IP address of the pc with a customer card, where the support team can build a profile. Next time this customer, support will know who this person is. And instead of saying Site Visitor, you will have John Smith from XYZ Company, 'See card' .. or something like that. Makes sense?
And then all this data can be integrated to the different CRMs, MialChimp, HubSpot,etc.. right into their profiles with different tabes, including "Interr Chat".
I tried it on my business's website and it works perfectly fine, maybe some comments here and there.
I live 40mins away from where the app was telling me, so I may check that as well.
One thing, is that really important for a customer to know where he/she is signing from?
A comparison chart on your main website would be great as well, against most popular ones, that will help them make a decision.
