Feed up with terrible meetings. Building my own solution.

I am kinda feed up with my meetings. People not showing up, or attending with a clue of what is happening... I have built a system over the years, but it is still far from ideal. In the spirit of IH, I am building something small to help me tackle that (https://becar.io). Dog fooding it now!

I would love to chat with you if you have the same problem. To see how people deal with it and to find better ways to solve it.. If you have 10-15 minutes to talk about how you deal with lots of meetings and what are your problems around that, would really appreciate it! 🙏
