Feedback as a Service

I haven't done much research on the competitive landscape, but I know people are constantly going to channels like here, FB, reddit, twitter, etc. to ask for feedback. People don't actually have to stop doing that at the start. What you could instead improve is:

• If you can quantify this typical qualitative feedback, i could see this being the differentiator. Instead of people checking out the site, then going back to the channel to type out their thoughts, if they could just answer a few questions, click / highlight things on the page they like / don't like right on the page. It would make it easier on both the person giving and receiving feedback.
• You could do this potentially by mimicking qualitative user testing through screen sharing / mouse tracking. So you can see what people are clicking on, where they have issues, etc. And specific questions can pop up
