Hey friend!
I want to know the problems in your life as a working professional!
for me, I code, day and night, and I'm feeling back pain now with Itchy eyes for the last few days, if anyone has a solution to stop overcoding?

let me tell you that, no profession is 100% Giver of joy!
let's talk about some drawbacks of the work, shall we?

Standing desk might help you as standing all day and night is physically tiring so you might stop earlier.
Also get multiple monitors if you don't already, hunching over your laptop is really bad, if you have multiple monitors you have to sit up straighter to see everything. Also coding day and night is really bad for your eyes (I wear glasses) so make sure you aren't staring at one point all the time and that there is enough other light in your room/office.

For me having my calendar open and planning how long I want to spend on certain tasks and forcing myself to switch to the next task when I run out of time is helpful. The real trick to this is to plan your day like you would like it to go (not just a list of tasks you'd hate to do piled on top of each other).

Yeah, I use glasses but I don't have any desk setup, If you can refer a monitor that will help me a lot

I currently run 2x 27 inch 4k monitors and my laptop screen which gives me enough real estate and pushes me to slouch less.
I've been somewhat brand loyal to dell when it comes to monitors, they've been pretty good over the years, but I'm sure there are other good brands which might have more competitive prices.

On my desk in the office I have the Dell P2715Q but I'm sure a more recent version is probably decent too e.g. Dell-U2720Q

I do code for long hours, and over the last 2 years I've been battling with low-back pain, until I learnt about the body of work of Dr. Stuart McGill.

In these two years I've learnt so much about my body, become interested in longevity, acquired a threadmill, and I've been trying to stay active as much as possible.

    Some materials I find useful:
