Hi! I've been building a website called Smooper, which is to provide free consultation sessions for digital marketing help.
I would love to hear some feedback on design and whether the landing pages are able to convey exactly what the product will do.

Thank you!!

Hey @rachitmagon! Nice work on the site, it looks very clean and professional.
Thank you!
hey @rachitmagon. Really nice and clean design.
I am not sure if I could be your target audience. I am developer with a SaaS project. I have reviewed landing page and still didn't understand what kind of marketing advises I could get for my project. What kind of businesses you could help?
Maybe you could expand who you are helping? Maybe some examples of "sessions". I didn't get the concept truly to say.
So in my case. I am a SaaS in technology vertical. What kind of sessions I would need?
Hi @ygerasimov! Thanks for the appreciation!!
Smooper is based on the idea of letting users reach the right experts for resolving their digital marketing roadblocks.
For an example, say you are too blocked with your growth hacking strategies causing your product roadmap to slow down, sample consultation sessions would be “Let’s discuss growth for your SaaS product” or “60 minutes to create an awesome growth plan” by some renowned Growth Hacker.
For your advertising, you can book sessions like “An hour of discussion for why you aren’t getting an ROI in your ad campaigns”.
The difference here, from searching on Google, would be that you’ll actually get to interact with an expert who will, then, specifically help you with your doubts.
And you're absolutely right, I will put some use cases and examples on the landing page itself.
But, do you think it's a bit more clear after reading the examples and do you think it'll be useful for SaaS products?
Ok I see. That makes a lot of sense. Can I try this service then? I would like to evaluate an option of running Ads for my project https://diffy.website.
Yay! So happy that it was able to explain what we do :)
Yes definitely! The platform is going live this Monday :) I'll ping you when it's live and has some registered consultations :D
Hey @rachitmagon - First, the site design looks really good. It looks very credible. The copy is well written.
The only critique that I have is that the copy doesn't feel connected to a person and their needs.
For example, your headline "Great Businesses need Great Digital Presence" feels like it could be displayed on any marketing site. It's a nice slogan but it's easy to gloss over and doesn't immediately tell me what Smooper does.
Contrast that with pieces of your other copy, e.g.
"Connect with digital marketing experts to help grow your digital presence"
That tells me right away what Smooper does. It also taps into the customer need to grow their digital presence.
Another approach would be to also target why they are there to begin with, followed up with why they should continue reading, e.g.
"Looking for help to grow your digital presence? Whether you need help with advertising, content or social media, we'll team you up with experts who can can take your digital presence to the next level"
In this case, the question helps identify where they are in their time of need. Are they looking for help? Adding a few services to the headline hero (advertising, content, etc) gives them a quick indication of what types of services you can help with. Telling them that you can team them up with an expert lets them know that they will have somebody invested in their success.
The next section looks great and has some good language but the heading "How 1 on 1 consultations can help you" feels a little dry and clinical. I wouldn't ask myself "How can a 1 on 1 consultation help me?" I would ask myself - "Why are these the people I should consult with and what can they do for me?"
You have great language in this section to, e.g. "marketers who've been in your shoes already" - "develop strategies specific to your market that actually work" - "Stuck somewhere? ... get quick specific answers". That is all language that lets me know why I should work with your experts.
The "How to book a consultation" section is nice. It's always good to let people know how it works, however, I think you could benefit from framing this differently.
I would frame this from a perspective of "Look what you get access to"
In your last content block, this doesn't connect - "Digital is a canvas for your brand, let's make sure it is well painted". I like it. It's a clever piece of market-speak. I think it would work well for a slogan. It just doesn't feel connected here.
Those are all obviously just opinions. I think the site looks great overall. Feels like a reputable company is behind it.
Good luck and I hope this takes off!
Hi @dmontooth! Thank you for suggesting improvements and additions to my landing page, now I really know where I am lacking.
Believe me, I'm totally awestruck after reading each point of yours and felt the difference from a customer's perspective. This is exactly the kind of input I've been trying to get and really need to build something amazing and helpful! The reframing of “how it works” is like a bonus tip which I loved!!
I welcome your involvement and will certainly consider implementing your ideas in near site push. I couldn't expect a better review!!
Thank you once again :)
Awesome! Glad that it helped provide another perspective. I will keep an eye on your site. Good luck!
Really nice landing page! Like the typeform pop out for contact us - haven't seen that before.
Thanks a lot for the appreciation :)
