Feedback for Callaba, please!
We've released beta-version of the communication product - https://callaba.io and want to get any feedback about UX/UI interfaces, connection quality and conversion funnels.
It is absolutely free and no registration needed!

It looks great. It could be clearer how you invite people maybe. Do I share the link?
Also, is the benefit multiple people on the same call? I'm guessing this is better than other platforms? WhatsApp call or similar.
Also, I'm a bit dubious as to the business model - if I can't figure out how you make money, I'm guessing your selling my data, which may be incorrect, but the not knowing makes me dubious. Maybe that's why you are over emphasising the security aspects of the product. Which I would dial down to be honest.
Thank you for your feedback! To start a call you should share the link to anyone. If we are talking about the benefits they are: no need to register to start a call, Callaba is free and you call are secure.
We allow to use conversation room for 6 people now for free.
For now, Callaba is totally free but in several months we are planning to expand the functionality (cloud storage, video personalization, more than 6 participants etc.) and for these we will make paid packages (it still be the free version). The existing version of Callaba is a beta-version that we launch for collecting user feedback and experience that in the future helps to make an even better product.
Does it allow for calls to be recorded and download afterwards?
Not a bad idea, but you are tough market - lots of competitors and you don't differentiate enough (Private calls and no accounts necessary is a good start).
What about going super radical with the home page to captivate people - something totally unique and not cookie cutter - get rid of all superfluous things - don't explain anything - the interface has to be intuitive enough for people to get the idea and figure out how to use it in 30 seconds. Big button to start the chat, and invitation link for other people.
The create chatroom button didn't work for me.
We are not afraid of competitors. We just want to provide simple and easy communication for users. When you make life easier and better it will find echoes in the audience.
It is not really clear what do you mean about the chatroom button. Is it not working? Or is it not suited for you?

You should care about competitors because they have fungible products that are direct substitutes to yours. If you don't differentiate and provide a compelling enough product it will be hard to gain traction with new users and have a viable business. Your selling point now is - "you make life easier and better" - but from my perspective, how much easier and better do you make my life really when I have whatsapp, telegram, facetime, skype, and viber on my phone which does the exact same thing and all my friends are already in there and all I have to do is press a button to video conference them?
To me that's an important business consideration.
Nice concern. And I understand what do you mean, I thought about this before launching.
May be it sounds too ambitions, but I believe that we may build simple communication platform that may mix work communication and social conversations.
We just need to set good next steps / features for our development.
Looks interesting I would like to know how you make money though.

About what video are you talking about? I didn't get it.

Streaming - not so expensive. It will cost 1 week of hard working and development.
