Feedback for my landing page

Nice, clean ask for feedback always respect founders putting their work out there. As someone running a clothing brand (Slushy Noobz Merch), I know how valuable early landing page feedback is for clarity and conversions. So first landing page impressions...
I'm sorry but it felt strangely 'spammy'. I think that there is too much going on during the initial load. The gif on the right, the changing headline, the cookie pop-up... The 'no sign-up required' text in the sign up button is probably not necessary.

I would probably make the cookie pop-up stick to the very bottom and in a thinner, longer container. You could also have a delay on the cookie pop-up of 15-20 seconds.

I like the idea a lot. Design could be upgraded.

how's the growth been? what's the #1 use case?

First thoughts:

• Awesome domain. Was probably really expensive.
• Ugh, I hate Material design.
• What would I need a list app for?
• "Create regular lists" → sounds a bit boring
• "Get started" button has lots of text → maybe put the second line below the button or make it bigger
• Cookie popup is weirdly placed and makes the site feel cheap. Also blocks the interactive demo.
• Tried the interactive demo on the landing page. Was confused that the first input didn't create a list item but set the list title. Maybe distinguish those two elements visually?
• After trying the interactive demo, I clicked "Get started" and was confused that it only scrolled down on the page. I expected it to take me to a separate page.
• Also felt confused on how to save my list. The button popped up later though. Might help to show it even earlier.
