I often hear complaints about how recruiters work. The main complaints are:

• We often received offers from recruiters that ignore salary information in their job offers.
• We were wasting time on interviews, wondering if the company will pay him the salary he deserves.

Considering all this, I decided to create Magic - a marketplace that would be convenient for both engineers and companies. I want to bring more transparency to the hiring process to match the best candidates with companies based on mutual fit.
