Nice landing page and the product seems promising @messutied
I really can't see any major red flag. Except: cookie notifications, Hotjar pop-up and chat features altogether seems a little bit distracted.
I'm also improving my site. It would be awesome to hear your feedback!
The landing page looks awesome!
My only feedback is that this is a super crowded space, so my first question is "why Statuspal and not StatusPage/Uptime/Status.io/etc.?" A comparison table might be nice here, showing the features you have that others down't (or a price comparison, if that's the selling point).
Thanks! I think we'll add a comparison table, we were planning on adding pages for comparison for each competitor but perhaps one table with a few is a good approach too!

Nice clean design. I would remove that claim for "thousands of users" since you are apparently just starting, it's highly unlikely that you have that much users already and it's triggering bullshit meter on few levels. Also what other comment said, without names, photo, those "reviews" are just an design detail that doesn't give much of a confidence in the product.
We're not actually just starting ^^ is a new landing page but we've been in business since more than two years ago, so the numbers and reviews are actually legit, before those "reviews" actually did have name, picture and name of each company, and a full review, we intended to make it more "digestible" but you are right, it looks much less believable, we'll bring the old format back on the reviews, thanks a lot for the feedback!
Congrat's, this is very good looking and clear. Hopefully will convert good ;-)
If I had to try something more, I would add some avatar/name close to the reviews section '“Highly recommend”' . This feel really fake.
Also I a potential user, I would be really happy to know some metrics, for example, customers, ...
FInally, I would be happy to have a link to see your own status, So I directly know what I will provide to my user.
