Feedback needed for a job site for software developers?

Thanks a ton for the feedback Krupali, especially the one for testimonials and point 4. That was something that we completely overlooked :)

It's a custom built site on React JS and the pages have been designed individually. No tools used. However when we do build pages for PPC campaigns, we tend to use Unbounce.

This is a great concept and I'd be really interested if the same offering was done for product managers in London :)

I've summarised my feedback below.

1. The name/logo in the top left corner is quite small and doesn't pass the squint test for me - I think you will benefit from a different or larger font for the name/logo
2. On the formatting point, the red bar between the header and descriptions seems a bit distracting when I'm reading so I think you can move or remove that
3. The header itself is too long and I don't think it should be made up of 2 sentences - perhaps it could be "Accelerate your career with Fortune 500 companies "
4. You have 3 CTAs on the initial page and then a fourth CTA towards the bottom of the page - these can certainly be reduced especially on the initial page (no need for begin now and join now)
5. FAQ section is great - I'd suggest adding a point on pricing and maybe something on why you're doing this as I think it adds context to your offering and can encourage users
6. Your viewers would certainly benefit from testimonials so I'd encourage you to add a few to your landing page as soon as possible
