Hey all, working on a customer feedback product for Shopify store owners and would love your guys' feedback. https://pathos.merchantbench.com/
Thank you!
Hi! I really like the colors and illustrations. The design elements are lovely!
I'm getting stuck on the copy above the fold. "Customer experience for Shopify stores" is so broad. What kind of problems around customer experience do you solve?
To borrow from other elements of the page, something like:
Stop losing customers
Know what your customers are thinking
Create loyal customers
Please improve on those, but you get the idea :) What is the frustration your customers are feeling around customer experience, and how can you solve it?
One other thing to consider: I'm thinking this is meant for a certain size of Shopify store, correct? It might be worth calling that out in the copy. A "who is this for" section, or a "customers who trust us" section. It will help larger stores identify that you understand their needs, and weed out smaller stores that won't be the right fit.
This is super helpful, thank you so much. Agreed, the headline is definitely too broad and will think about making it more specific. Rather than create broad, obvious messaging, what you're saying is to focus on what concrete things the tool provides for the customer to help them solve for these obvious things.
I've never used Shopify so I can't help you much.
Other than that, the landing page looks okay. Maybe the main hero image is not very appealing since it doesn't show the actual product.
Oh and also, on a 1440x1033 display on Firefox & Chrome I get an annoying horizontal scroll.
Thank you for the feedback, I'll look into fixing that horizontal scroll issue!
Hi! Here's mostly UX feedback in a direct way. It's awesome how far you are in your product
Very cool.
Checking your site on mobile, Pixel 2 XL
1- your site is brutally slow, like awful. You can do better in 2020.
2- menu button doesn't seem to do anything
3- why is there art for the first 75% of your page. Giant banner images are bad ux
4- can't say I'm a fan of how the icon cards look. Big icon, to the right white space, title, content... Not a good look.
5- that iconography is then visually conflicting with the bulleted list.
6- what is up with introducing the black button at the bottom
7- why are you asking people to join the wait list that's suboptimal imo. Just go with learn more. Then look at the email. If it's a client you want, direct email, otherwise, drip campaign them
