Feedback on dev matchmaking concept
Hi all. I'm currently working on an idea that helps developers find other developers for various projects. I feel like it's really hard to find others who have similar objectives and skill sets. I've always believed that a team (even a team of 2) is far more likely to succeed and I want that to be an easy thing to make happen.
If anyone agrees and is willing to take a look at my current project and offer feedback on the concept (or implementation) it would be really awesome. Looking for as much good or bad feedback as possible.

I like the problem, but I'm not really sure how your site works or how it would help find people. Seems the only way to discover how it actually works is to login, which (sorry if this is harsh) is something I'm not willing to do as there's not much incentive to do so yet.
IMO your landing page should have screen shots or even a simple diagram showing how it would work, essentially highlighting your USP. Then we could evaluate further whether your approach is a good one or has any flaws.
The name looks weird, but I think its offset by the logo, which is quite cool!
That's really helpful and it gives me some ideas on how to adjust or pivot a bit to create more of a funnel the guides folks through the process.

Site looks good enough, but i'm not sure about the viability of the idea:
.. Have you checked existing competition? I'm fairly certain that you are not the first of 7.2 billion people who thought about this idea.
.. Building chicken-egg match-based product is always hard. Do you have the resources/energy/time/skills/network to make this actually take off?
.. You explain the value prop well on this post, but not on the landing page / app.
.. The name sounds weird. Which is not always bad thing.

I'm sure I am not the first to think of the idea but I do feel I have a strategy that can make it work. But before I spend time implementing it further I want to get a sense of if this actually something people want.
The name references a movie that I feel perfectly describes what I am hoping to accomplish. Thanks!
