Feedback on Ebook on Automation, Delegation and Outsourcing for entrepreneurs to create more time.

Hi IndieHackers!

I just finished writing my ebook and am looking to gather some feedback from entrepreneurs to improve on it.

The book is called "Microtask Outsourcing & Automation: Business Owners Guide To Creating More Time For What Matters."

The idea of the book came about as we noticed that most of our small business and enterprise clients suffer from the same few problems when growing their businesses.

They often associated growth with the need to hire more staff.

However, hiring can be a painful process, and most of the time, the workload may not even justify hiring a full-timer. Most could be easily outsourced, automated and even delegated.

They don't have the resources or knowledge to do it right.

So we wanted to create a book that addresses these organizational "frictions."

These frictions can range from minor issues such as password storage to formulating the right SOPs to ensure things get done correctly.

Although these "frictions" might seem minor, they could easily jam up an organization's entire workflow, preventing things from getting done.

We had projects with enterprises not moving for over four months because they couldn't find their passwords, and when they did, a bulk of the time was spent communicating back and forth due to their 2FA issues.

The book is written in a way that is actionable and can be easily implemented into the business. Some of the things that we will cover:

  • Automate repetitive tasks from emails, calendar appointments, social media updates, blogging or WordPress publishing.

  • Save thousands of dollars by outsourcing all microtasks so you can focus on what's essential for your business.

  • Build a system so other people can do the work while you still get to reap the benefits and maintain control of your business.

  • Make use of powerful business automation tools so you can add more time to your day.

  • See your business grow exponentially by leveraging automation tools & outsourcing.

  • And many more…
