Feedback on golf MVP

I've been working on a new type of golf concept. Basically creates community at a golf course and makes the game of golf more approachable for newbies but still competitive for seasoned golfers. Looking to fill the gap between new golfer looking to play more organized golf and golf leagues.

I've done no marketing besides getting friends to sign up (just over 50 users right now). When I launch the actual product I will have a landing page and probably recode/design everything.

I'm currently not charging anyone (only cost is actual green fees at the course). I will probably add a $10-$15 fee per tournament. This will help cover small prizes and day of host. So rough cost would be $35 for a game of golf, web app (stats, sign up with team, pay ahead). They would pay for everything through the site, then I'd have a day of host welcoming people and checking everyone in, then I'd pay the course for all the players. The host is to add to the value of paying $15 extra. It just a small detail to help people fell welcomed and known.

I (painfully) designed it myself and built it in laravel.

I'm not a designer or a writer so I'm currently looking for the right designer to help with branding/UX and a writer to help communicate the concept.

Would love to get thoughts on the project overall!
