Feedback on idea: Books recommended by smart people
My friend and I wanted to make it easier to pick your next book with a platform that provides book recommendations from world-class people across various disciplines: https://www.wisebooks.io/
We've been working hard to build up a library and we'd love your suggestions on people you'd like to see on the platform, and any feedback you might have!
ALSO, if you're into it, subscribe for our bite-sized book lists, once a week. Hope you enjoy! :)
Nice, congrats! I often like to see book recommendations from smart people who I admire.
A few thoughts & comments from my side:
I understand you're in early stage, so it's perfectly fine that you don't have these extra features, I'm just explaining my thoughts as a user.
Hey Matis,
That was really helpful - we're def early stage but this really helps us figure out which direction to move in with features
I used to build an app in this niche, made some passive $ from affiliate links, but nothing too crazy. It is a fun space, 90% of our traffic came from SEO. Your site reminded me of https://bookauthority.org/.
interesting idea!! I'm always on the hunt for good book recommendations so this is useful. Good luck!
